The airport

I should start with stating that I am really lucky having a local airport that is not that big..

That being said...

Arriving at the airport was very present with a sky cap. I guess they are like a bell service at a hotel and amazing customer service. As I'm going though security it must have been training day because there were so many security people just standing around talking, yelling at people that all lanes are open but then standing right in the walk ways an line of sight. Then, I get to me gate and this is what is the most upsetting, my plan has at least 150 people getting on it but there are only 40 seats plus another 4 stools at a charging station... Who's bright idea is this? TSA makes us all get to our gate an hour early but does not provide a place to sit. But I guess it wouldn't be do bad if the people sitting in the seats would have just sucked it up and checked all their crap. Ya my bag was small enough to carry on but why? Are we in that big of a hurry. The airlines have this down to a science now.

Mindcraft

So we downloaded this onto the Xbox about 8 o'clock had dinner and started playing about 9... Well it is now almost two in the AM and we both work early... So far Thais game is exciting, easy to learn and hard to master. The bad guys are simple but they make me scream when they do those sneak attacks. The two player is GREAT! It's hard to find games that we will both like an this is a winner! Not too hard for me and yet not so easy he isn't interested... Super happy we downloaded this one!

Updating sync...

So after spending and hour in the middle of the night doing updates I have one more left. Only this one requires you to go to the dealership for the update... Sitting here in the waiting room now is a little depressing... They said the updates takes about an hour but they are not sure what update the web site sent me in for so it might be 2 or 3 hours... Wow... I hope one of the techs know the technology they sell better then the service guys I talked too...

Found one

So after stressing and looking all over town, I found a new car.

I went with the Ford Fiesta with Ford Sync. I'm 10 mins in to the 15 min software updates but so far this is a pretty neat car. It drives really well. It's only 4 cylinders but there is a Ron of get up and go. I hooked up the Bly tooth first thing to my iPhone. It works really, really well. I called my family and they could hear me better than using the phone itself. And I could hear them just as clearly. Will have an update if these software updates ever finish.

Car shopping

OMG! I am now on the adventure of car shopping. My dream car totaled... The dream of a teen... Now it's time to find a new dream car.

Car accidents

Last Friday I was in a car accident. It was interesting how times have change. Before everyone needed to help each other and then one person had to go find a phone if anyone was hurt bad... Now everyone just pull out there phones and calls themselves. There is almost no interaction between people at the accident... Is this a good thing? Bad thing? This changes how we persevere what has happened and any kind of group understanding of the event as well....

1UP

I took the big step this week. It's one thing to play video games and hang with the boys... but putting the 1UP on your manicure is like shouting to the world "I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK I SHOULD BE, WHAT YOU THINK I SHOULD LIKE, I WILL ONLY BE ME!" 

So far the reactions have been a mix of that's cute and a 1 what?

This lead me over the edge of starting this blog. I feel that I can not be the only female who likes games and hanging out late with the boys. I plan on using this space to share with the world my point of view as I get my Geek on and stop letting what I should be dictate what I want to be.
